Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 1.15% – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Healthcare, Real Estate and Consumer Services sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 1.15%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which rose 5.00% or 14.9 points to trade at 312.7 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 2.03% or 6.7 points to end at 337.1 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 0.53% or 1.1 points to 208.5 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which fell 3.49% or 20.0 points to trade at 553.0 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 3.13% or 12.4 points to end at 384.0 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 1.94% or 11.5 points to 581.5.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 68 to 40 and 26 ended unchanged.

Shares in Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 2.03% or 6.7 to 337.1. Shares in Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) fell to 52-week lows; falling 1.94% or 11.5 to 581.5.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.84% or 0.43 to $51.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.12% or 0.64 to hit $57.81 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 1.69 to trade at $1306.29 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.10% to 6.3028, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4442.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 92.98.
